Right
on Bismarckplatz is the identically named bus stop of Express bus
X10 as well as busses 110 and 129. You can also take Bus 119 to
"Herbertstraße". From there you can reach the main
entrance of FEA by walking along Caspar Theyß Straße.
The nearest
commuter train station is "S Halensee". From there you
can take busses X10 (Direction Andrézeile), 110 (Direction
S Osdorfer Straße) or Bus 129 (Direction Roseneck) to "Bismarckplatz".
When
coming on the S-Bahn lines of Berlin Stadtbahn (S5, S7, S75, S9)
transfer at "Westkreuz". Train lines S42 (Ringbahn line),
S45 (Direction Schönefeld), S46 (Direction Königs-Wusterhausen)
or S47 depart from the upper platform from where you travel one
stop to "Halensee" and continue by bus as described above.

Zoologischer Garten Train station you can take
Express bus X10 (Direction Andrézeile, ca. 12 minutes) or
Bus 110 (Direction S Osdorfer Straße, ca. 16 minutes) to bus
stop "Bismarckplatz". (Ticket Berlin AB, single fare 2.10
Euro)
From
Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL) there are several ways
to reach the FEA: Take bus 109 (Direction Hertzallee) to U Adenauerplatz
and transfer there to Express bus X10 (Direction Andrézeile),
Bus 110 (Direction S Osdorfer Straße) or Bus 129 (Direction
Roseneck), these busses stop directly on Bismarckplatz. The trip
takes a total of about 35 minutes). Or take Express bus X9 (Direction
Hertzallee) to S+U Jungfernheide. Transfer there to S-Bahn S 42
(Ringbahnlinie), S 45 (Direction Schönefeld), S 46 (Direction
Königs-Wusterhausen) or S 47 (Direction Spindlersfeld) and
ride to S Halensee. From there you can take any of the above mentioned
bus lines to "Bismarckplatz". This connection takes about
