Frederic
Chopin Airport is located 10 km southwest of Warsaw. You will find
the taxi stand just in front of the arrival hall.
An
airport shuttle service by Hotel Kyriad Prestige is available for
20 PLN one fare per room (approx. 4.9 EUR). To reserve the hotel's

Airport bus No. 175 serves Warsaw, including the train station,
the Old Town and the city centre (journey time: 30 minutes). Hotel
Kyriad Prestige is next to bus stop
Towarowa.
If
you arrive by train at the railway station "Warszawa Centralna",
you can easily walk to the conference location, which is only 800
m away (direction "Plac Zawiszy").
If
you travel by car, take "Centrum", then direction "Plac
Zawiszy".
Taxi

The official language of the conference will be English.
Weather
The weather in January is generally cold and snowy.
Electricity
supply
In Poland, electricity is supplied
at 230V, 50Hz. The outlet and plug are the same as in most European
countries.
Insurance
Participants should arrange health, travel and car insurance prior
to departure. The organisers do not assume responsibility for loss,
injury or damage to persons or belongings regardless of cause.
